3. Data we may collect
- Identity & contact — name, WhatsApp / phone number, email, NRIC or passport details you choose to send, company / SSM details
- Enquiry & case data — property address or lot particulars, title type, estimated value, existing charges, SPA / auction documents, amount sought, exit plan, messages you send
- Technical & usage — IP address, device / browser type, pages viewed, approximate location from IP, referrer, and similar logs from hosting (e.g. Vercel) or analytics if enabled
- Marketing attribution — optional UTM or campaign parameters when you arrive from a link
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this public website.
